Turrón, a confection made from a combination of eggs, honey and egg whites, is Spain’s answer to French nougat. More firm and brittle than its French cousin, this turrón is rich with Catalonian specialties: Marcona almonds and local rosemary honey. Makes an excellent stocking stuffer.
